*All of our babies are sold strictly as pets only, we do NOT provide feeder rats, thank you for your understanding. 

   *Our babies' physical and mental health is our first priority. For this reason, we do not home our babies before seven weeks of age.

   *We home our babies two or more at a time, with exceptions only made for certain circumstances. We do not condone lone rats as it does not meet their needs. 

   *Our babies are priced at $15. We do not charge different prices for different coloring or gender.

   *Deposits: Accepted for current and future litters. Babies are reserved in the order in which deposits are received. Deposits are non-refundable unless unforeseen circumstances befall the chosen baby and it can't be sold.
